A thorough safety inspection
including the brake system and tire pressure should be
performed before each use of the product/scooter.

Safety equipment such as helmets
that are ANSI, SNELL, CPSC, or ASTM approved should be worn
at all times during operation of product accompanied by
elbow, and knee pads, etc. and proper attire.

Parental supervision is required
at all times when product is operated by minors.

Product
is designed for off-road use only.

Consumer is responsible for
understanding federal, state, and municipal statutes and
laws regarding use and/or operation of the product.

Higher speeds are not
recommended and may increase risk of injury.

Turning at high speeds is
dangerous and not recommended.

Buyer and any operator must and
is responsible for reading the manual before operation.

No rider should operate the
product/scooter under the influence of any substance that
may delay or impair their ability to react.

nor the manufacturer can not be held responsible for damage,
